Accreditation

AdvancED, formerly NCA-CASI, is a non-governmental membership body that provides accreditation, research, and educational tools to schools interested in maintaining the educational quality of their programs. The AdvancED accreditation process requires schools to meet standards for quality schools, engage in continuous improvement, and demonstrate quality assurance through external review. Regina High School chooses to seek accreditation through AdvancED because the organization helps schools maximize student success, builds the capacity of schools to achieve excellence, and brings together research and resources for improvement. The accreditation process is a five-year cycle of data analysis, implementation, and evaluation of school improvement needs and strategies.
