Regina Mundi High Tea
Description of Event: All women in the Regina Family are invited to enjoy a refined afternoon eating delicious tea party food and desserts while visiting with members of the Regina Community browsing the different table settings. There will be opportunities to make a gift to the Alumnae Association Scholarship Fund.
Table Settings & Decor: Much like an Advent Tea, tables choose their own theme and set the table accordingly. Prizes will be awarded for table decor. Examples include Paris/French, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Classic Floral, or Mad Tea Party. The options are endless!
We will provide the following for you: A round table, a white linen tablecloth, all beverages and food (including vegan and gluten-free options), pitchers for water and iced tea, and students as your table servers.
We ask guests to provide: Tea cups and two teapots for hot tea, container for milk or creamer, cups or glasses for water and iced tea, plates, silverware, napkins, and the table decorations according to your theme (centerpieces, flowers, colorful linens, etc.). **If you would prefer the Alumnae Association prepare your table with the items listed, please just let us know and we'd be happy to take care of the arrangements for you.
Table Set-up: You can begin setting up your table on Saturday, February 8th, from 11am-2pm, or on Sunday, beginning at 11am. There will be carts to help you bring in the materials.
Presentation: There will be a presentation honoring the first recipient of the Distinguished Alumna Award. This award will be given to alumnae who have made a difference in their walk of life while supporting the values instilled in her at Regina High School. It can be for a professional or personal accomplishment in addition to service to Regina.
Reservations: One guest pays for the table and then turns in the names to the office one week before the event. Upon receipt of the reservation form and complete payment, we will send you a confirmation email with all your to-do's for the event. The full payment and form must be received by January 31st. Guests may sign up individually, as a small group, or as a full table!
